Meet the Family: Sam the son, a keen musician and originally a Professional Golfer. Sam incurred a shoulder injury which lead him down the path of following his dream and re-training as a professional chef. He Chose Ashburton Professional Chefs Academy where he was mentored by a two Michelin star chef and Sam now runs our kitchen. Jen also leading the kitchen, is a very talented musician. Jen gained her professional cookery qualification with Jackie Harriott, the sibling of World renowned chef Ainsley Harriott! Cooking and Baking has remained Jen’s biggest passion all her life and she brings with her a love for creating and discovering new dishes. Steve the third member of the family trio is a trained Reiki practitioner. Steve has a passion for fine wine and beer and is here to look after you whilst he runs the front of house operation.
